Destined to illuminate

How many of you would agree, when God speaks things happen? I believe that God speaks directly through the impossible (out of nothing) and calls for His goodness. I love light. It defines our world. It guides our steps. It very much allows us to concieve color and dimension. Let’s take a look at Genesis chapter 1. God begins by saying let there be light. What is light? Well, when God created it, it was not sourced by any body except His word. A illumination outside of any cause. His word set the heavens ablaze to define and color His creation. Now lets leap over to matthew where Jesus, God made flesh, says we are the light of the world (matt. 5:14-16). He goes on to commission the light; shine on men. He spoke to us and so we Are. Light with only our commissioner Christ the source. We are the light because Christ is the light. With these words from God we are sealed in the commission, destined to illuminate. Christ in us defining and coloring His creation.
